TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATED: JULY 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fieldhouse ("the Service"), a personal sports-hub web application operated by Fieldhouse Team ("I", "me"), available at myfieldhouse.app. By signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. THE SERVICE
Fieldhouse displays sports schedules, scores, standings, broadcast information, and links to publicly available highlight videos for teams you choose to follow. It is a personal, non-commercial project provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without service-level commitments of any kind.
2. ACCOUNTS
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your session and for keeping access to your Google account secure. I may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data as your own product.
4. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & TRADEMARKS
Schedules, scores, and standings are sourced from publicly available sports data services, including ESPN, HockeyTech / LeagueStat, and the leagues' own official websites. Highlight videos are published by the official league channels and played through YouTube's embedded player; your use of that player is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
All team, league, and competition names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners. Fieldhouse is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the leagues, teams, governing bodies, data providers, or platforms whose content it displays. This includes, without limitation: Major League Baseball (MLB); the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the NBA G League; the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA); the National Football League (NFL); the National Hockey League (NHL); the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL); the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL); Major League Soccer (MLS); the USL Championship; the Premier League; the Barclays Women's Super League (WSL); LaLiga; Liga MX; and UEFA, including the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Women's Champions League (UWCL) — together with leagues I intend to add, including Liga MX Femenil and the Women's Pro Baseball League (WPBL) — as well as ESPN, Google, and YouTube.
5. ACCURACY
Game times, broadcast listings, scores, and standings come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm with official league sources before relying on them.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service's code and design are the property of the operator. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.
7. TERMINATION
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. I may suspend or discontinue the Service, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. MY TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
