PRIVACY POLICY

Fieldhouse ("the Service") is a personal sports-hub web application operated by Izzy Reiff ("we", "us"), available at fieldhouse-production.up.railway.app. This policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information: your name, email address, and profile picture. We request only the default sign-in scopes (openid, email, profile). We do not request or receive access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service or content.
• Preferences you create. The list of sports teams you choose to follow, keyed to your email address.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Railway) records standard server logs, such as IP address, request URL, and browser user agent, for security and operations. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To store and display your followed teams across your devices.
• To operate, debug, and secure the Service.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use your information to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

3. GOOGLE USER DATA & LIMITED USE

Fieldhouse's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Google user data is used only to provide the sign-in and squad-saving features described above; it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties except as required to operate the Service (hosting) or comply with law.

4. COOKIES

The Service sets only essential cookies: an encrypted session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived security (CSRF) cookie during sign-in. There are no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

• Sports data. Schedules, scores, and standings are retrieved from publicly available sports data sources by our server. Your personal information is never sent to these sources.
• YouTube. Highlight videos are played through YouTube's privacy-enhanced embedded player (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a video, YouTube/Google may process data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Hosting. The Service and its database run on Railway (railway.com), which processes data on our behalf as an infrastructure provider.

6. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Your followed-teams list is kept while you use the Service. You can remove any team at any time from the Squad page. To delete your account data entirely, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with and we will delete your stored data within 30 days. You can also revoke Fieldhouse's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. SECURITY

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Session cookies are encrypted and HTTP-only. We store the minimum data needed to run the Service: your email, name, and team preferences.

8. CHILDREN

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and its "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
